At Naturale Health Ltd., we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return your order for a refund.
To Start a Return:

We'll get back to you as soon as possible with return shipping instructions.
Returns T's & C's:
You can return any unused items within 14 days of delivery, so long as it is unopened, unused, in a saleable condition and the seals remain intact. You must have the original receipt for proof of purchase.
Exclusions: unless faulty or any products which have been opened cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to return your order back to you if it does not adhere to the above. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges (we advise using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item and obtain proof of postage).
Refund Policy:
Once we have received your order back. Our returns department will then inspect the item(s) and if it meets with our returns T's & C's, we will proceed with your refund minus the original shipping costs (allow 5-10 working days to process back to the original payment method). If you created a return within 14 days of delivery but we receive it outside our 14 day returns policy, store credit totaling the same value of the items will be sent to the registered email address of the customer.
